60-Day Return Window

We stand behind every Lumeor mirror. If you are not fully satisfied, return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • Product must be free of damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
  • Returns must include the original order number.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@lumeor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop off at any authorized carrier location.
  4. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders.

Refunds

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lumeor.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order — this ensures the fastest turnaround.
