Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on your location and chosen service level.

Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories

Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. Additional charges and extended delivery times may apply. Free standard shipping does not apply to these destinations.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes assessed by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days.

Track your order at our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@lumeor.com — we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
