By accessing the Lumeor website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Company

Lumeor operates an online retail store specializing in premium LED bathroom mirrors. Our website is powered by Shopify Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We strive to accurately represent all products. Colors, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly based on your display settings. Images are for illustrative purposes. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. Sales tax is applied as required by applicable law based on your shipping address.

5. Orders

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method in such cases.

8. Warranty

All Lumeor mirrors include a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the LED strip, anti-fog element (where applicable), and frame under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents. Submit warranty claims to hello@lumeor.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, copy, logos, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Lumeor. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumeor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.
